Some Sunny Day is one of my favorite songs...and has been since I was just a kid.

     The 1st time I ever heard this song was at the end of the movie "Dr. Strangelove" Stanley Kubricks masterpiece, starring another old favorite 'Peter Sellers'...

   These names are from an era long forgotten (at least by some) and the song itself is so straight to the heart that even now in my subpar version, the lyric still holds true...

Where did everybody go...(you are cordially invited to a Nuclear War

Hello to everyone on the planet, this is a desperate cry from a tiny little voice whose screaming at the top of his lungs, with the hope, beyond hope................."Of being heard"....................I suppose I could climb to the top of the Space Needle, in the hope of gathering some attention.........No, that's not quite the kind of attention that I'm looking for...........hmmmmmmm.....well anyways, "Where did everybody go" is a political protest, in the form of a music video, performed by myself 'ralph buckley', and being born and raised and living in Seattle, it was shot in various locations around the Seattle area (note: the most memorable shots were at the Queen Anne cemetery which is , by the way, right up the hill from the 'Space Needle'..................the sing along chorus, which asks the significant question "Uncle Sam, what is the plan? and the people say "Die-Die-Die" has all the subtleties of an 'ole Irish drinkin' song' and in it's own way brings all the doubts and fears right up to the surface...........Did you say 'Patriot Act'.................."Oh for the sake of all that we hold dear" I ask you Mr. President "What kind of country shall my grandkids inherit?"................."Now smile for the camera dear, we're having our pictures taken with the terrorists today."
......................You know what?................We're going to have to 'come together' someday people...................Before we lose all that we hold dear.
